As we look forward in life, we often ponder what makes us happy and/or passionate about what we do.  One of my greatest pleasures is learning.  I was fortunate as a young child to have that instilled in me, and I have been grateful for it ever since.

When I was first pondering the virtual assistance realm, the information out there was few and far between. These days, there are numbers of businesses that offer training for you, but I have found two of my absolute favourites.  Both have withstood the constant change of technology and are very up-to-date with the information they provide. I have spent several years learning from both, and I highly recommend them.

  • Freelance Universityhttps://www.freelanceu.com/university/
Craig and Kelly Cannings have created a well thought out program for new and experienced freelancers alike.  You can work at your own pace, and with a large community of like minded individuals you will gain extensive knowledge and expertise.
  • VA Networkinghttps://www.vanetworking.com/
Tawnya and her daughter Danielle have spent years fine tuning their Virtual Assistance training business and it shows!  They are very down to earth and spend the time to get to know you and your business.  Well worth checking it out.

One can never quit learning.  Even though it may feel like you are going down a constant rabbit hole, you will find that you will refine your searches after a period of time, and you will know what suits you and what doesn’t.  (And what may be affordable or not).
